1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Lead Estate IO in partnership with Get Clients, including Victor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or use the services.
2. Subscription and Billing
Victor is provided on an ongoing subscription basis at $297 AUD per month. Telecom call time is billed on usage on top. A 14-day 100% satisfaction guarantee applies to the software subscription as detailed in our Refund Policy. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time prior to the next renewal date.
3. Regulatory & Do Not Call Compliance
Calls are made in your name and on behalf of your agency. The lists and records you load are your responsibility. You agree to ensure that records comply with Australian calling regulations and that numbers listed on the Do Not Call Register are removed prior to dialing.
