The problem

You know phone prospecting works. That was never the problem.

The problem is the hour it takes before the first person picks up. Then the forty who don't want to talk.

Then there's an open home, a vendor meeting, a contract to chase, and the calls slide to next week. Again.

And if you're new, or new to the suburb, there's a step before all that. You don't have a list to call in the first place.

What you've probably tried

Four ways agents try to fix it.

Buy a tool that works your database.

Most prospecting tools start from a CRM you've already built. No database, nothing for them to work.

Buy the owner data and call it yourself.

A list is only worth something once somebody dials it. That's the part that doesn't happen.

Pay for ads and portal products.

You pay before anyone raises a hand, and you pay again next month.

Hand it to a call team.

It works for some agents. It's also a staffing cost before your first appraisal.

How Victor works

One list. One caller. One job.

Victor does the first thirty seconds of a prospecting call, over and over, and nothing else.

01

THE LIST

Pick your suburb.

Pull owner records from your own homeowner data subscription and send us the pages. We turn them into one clean CSV with the duplicates removed. Already have a database? Load that instead.

02

THE CALL

Victor dials.

Victor phones each number during permitted calling hours. It says it's an AI assistant calling on behalf of you and your agency, then asks one question: would they like to know what their home is worth in today's market.

03

THE TRANSFER

You take over.

If they say yes, Victor puts the call through to your mobile while they're still on the line. If they say no, Victor thanks them and ends the call.

You book the appraisal. You win the listing. Victor just gets you to the conversation.

What you get

Everything in the subscription.

Fit

Who Victor is for.

A good fit

  • Licensed residential sales agents and principals in Australia
  • No database, or a thin one
  • Moving into a new suburb
  • Can pick up a mobile during the day
  • Fine with an AI calling in your name

Not a fit

  • You want a guaranteed number of appraisals
  • You want us to text homeowners for you
  • You want a human call team
  • Property management or commercial
  • You're outside Australia
Straight answers

What Victor is not.

Not a guarantee

We don't promise a number of appraisals or listings. Some suburbs pick up more than others.

Not pretending to be human

Victor is an AI and says so at the start of every call.

Not compliance cover

Calls are made in your name. The list you load is your responsibility, and numbers on the Do Not Call Register have to come off it before Victor dials.

Not a texting service

Victor makes phone calls. We don't send SMS to homeowners.

Not a replacement for you

Victor opens the conversation. The appraisal, the listing and the sale are still yours to win.

Questions

What agents ask first.

Prospecting calls to homeowners are regulated in Australia, not banned. The rules that matter most: numbers on the Do Not Call Register can't be called without consent. Calls can only be made 9 am to 8 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturdays, never on Sundays or public holidays. The caller has to say who the call is for. The agent whose name is on the call is responsible for it. We're not your lawyers. If you're unsure, talk to your principal or get advice before you load a list.

Mostly not, because our AI sounds very humanized. Even if they do know sometimes, they don't care as long as the script is right and we're able to solve their problem. We find that most people don't care anyway.

From your own homeowner data subscription, or from your own database. We don't sell contact data. We turn the records you supply into a clean list.

We won't give you a number, because we can't stand behind one. It depends on your suburb, your list and whether you pick up when Victor transfers a call.

Call time, billed on usage per minute. And if you're building a new suburb list, your own homeowner data subscription, which is usually about $155 a month paid to that provider. There's no ad spend.

Then there's probably nothing extra to buy. Use the subscription you already pay for, or load your existing database and Victor calls that.

A short opening that names you and your agency, says it's an AI assistant, and asks whether the owner would like to know what their home is worth. We go through the script with you during setup.

Yes, Victor can send text. Victor is a text and cold-calling agent.

Lead Estate IO. We've spent more than six years building CRM, funnel and AI systems for real estate agents and mortgage brokers, and nothing else.

There's a done-for-you service for agents who want that. Start with Victor and ask us about it during onboarding.

The script will be personalized to your company brand and company policy, because we'll get Victor trained on your suburb, your local slang, your language, and all that stuff.
